SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by means of carriers defined by Norac Racing Parts or its delegate. We ship with specialized express couriers to ensure the level of service and integrity of the product.
THE EXPEDITION
The purely indicative delivery time is about 2-3 working days from the execution of the order, the same may be subject to change due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authorities. Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, can take place during office hours: from 8.00 to 18.00 on all non-holiday days, from Monday to Friday. Deliveries take place at the address declared by the customer and he must indicate a telephone number so that the courier can contact him for delivery. The delivery time of the goods may depend on the place of receipt and the condition of the shipper.
ATTENTION
We put a lot of care in the packaging of our products. In the event that at the time of delivery the package appears damaged on the outside or broken, please affix the following wording on the delivery note together with your signature and that of the courier: I accept the package (packages) subject to control because it is damaged. We ask you to give us immediate notice of acceptance with reservation. If the courier refuses to have the control reserve affixed, reject the shipment immediately. Also in this case we ask you to immediately notify our Customer care of the refusal.
